About me

As the founder of IN-VISIBLE, I've spent the last five years helping companies and organisations build gender-inclusive workplaces. Prior to that, I studied Gender Studies at Cambridge University and gained work experience at the intersection of coaching, teaching, and consulting.

My queer-feminist approach is shaped by my academic training and my social positioning. My understanding of leadership is one that does not strip off the context nor the structures in which it takes place. I am interested precisely in the power of these structures — and how individuals can become effective in shaping them. In my approach, I combine academic foundation with practical experience and a clear stance.

Feminist leadership

For me, feminist leadership means rethinking power. Power, and thus our ability to act, is always tied to privilege, identity, and structures—factors that influence who is heard and who isn't. Traditional leadership tips and tricks neglect these systematic inequalities and focus on competition, strength, and assertiveness. But that doesn't help us.

I am convinced that forward-looking leadership must be guided by intersectional and feminist principles. This creates spaces where diverse voices are heard, responsibility is shared, and decisions are made fairly.

Our collaboration

It's important to me that leadership isn't reduced to "You just have to assert yourself more." Leadership always takes place within systems—and systems aren't neutral. Some challenges don't arise because you're not doing enough, but because structures work against you. How to move forward with this acknowledgement?

This is precisely where our collaboration comes in. Whether you're a manager wanting to learn how to authentically practice allyship, a young woman seeking to build a career in a masculine environment or a nonbinary leader navigating an environment with little awareness of you and your identity – we'll take a look. In our sessions, we will examine the structural framework that your placed in, as well as your individual scope for action. The goal is to enable you to lead more effectively and initiate positive change – without compromising yourself.
